Israel Judo Association
The Israel Judo Association is a nonprofit registered with the Registrar of Associations
The Association is led by a Board of 11 members elected by local associations that are members of the national Association. Members work on an entirely voluntary basis.
The Israel Judo Association is responsible for promoting judo in Israel and it is the body that represents Judo before State institutions, such as the Israel Sports Administration, the Olympic Committee of Israel and the Israel Sports Betting Board, as well as before international institutions, such as the International and European Judo Federations.
The Association’s activities include running the Israel National Teams, holding Israel championships for the various age groups, and providing courses and in-service training for instructors, coaches, referees and activists, in collaboration with the sports institutions in Israel.
